Owners may not be present all the time. There needs to be someone who should be capable enough to run the business. Usually a co-owner may be running the business while the owner is absent. You cannot depend entirely on managers. So, if you are an owner who temporarily leaves the workplace, then who manages the business behind you?

You have workers in your business and you also have the higher authorities in the administrative section of your business. They are the one's you leave your business in charge of when you travel or absent. Your business manager takes charge of everything until you're back.
