Who is the best villain in movies/tv/comics?

Who would you say plays the best villain in any form of media? From movies, tv, books and comic books, what villains do you consider to be the best? Obviously the Joker from DC's Batman franchise is one my personal favorites. I just think the Joker is the perfect bad guy, and could work for just about any superhero. I'd love to see him face off against other important characters from DC and other franchises. I think a crossover with him in Marvel would be dope.

My favourite picks when it comes to the best villains on movies would be just these two guys ; Darksied and Thanos. What Thanos did it the Avengers : Infinity Wars with the Infinity Stones was crazy. He single handedly dealt with all of the avengers. Next up is Lord Darksied in Justice League. He's said to even be stronger than Man of Steel.
