Which website niche would you say is most likely to fail? In my opinion, I think things that are very limited in their niche and information such as say a health blog or forum, would most likely fail being that there's only so much information that can be regurgitated over and over again, once you've read one or two health blogs, you've kinda read them all. That's just my opinion though. Which website/forum niche do you feel is most likely to fail?

I do not think niche would be the reason for a forum failure. It is more related to your marketing skills and content quality. I have created niche forums as well as general topic forums. Even though my niche forums are exclusive to niches, they do not get a lot of activities, however, my general topics forums are doing better. If you are using general niches, you are likely to get more members as a lot of people always have something to say about these topics.

I am 100% in alignment with the fact that health information blogs is already over diluted. When is that I think is destined to fail from the start is trying to create online books without proper marketing. You are going to find it difficult to make sales.

By my little experience in online marketing I can say there's no niche that has the potential to fail but it all depends on how quality the content is which influences the ratings of the Google seo bot.

There are a lot of niches that don't work so well or are saturated. We've got more than enough forums/sites pertaining to movies, tv, music, video games, art, photography, health, fitness, weight loss, dating, etc. There's so many sites out in these niches, that it's hard to find a popular niche you can latch on.

The most likely to fail, are the niches that are popular and saturated, like what I mentioned above. You need to find an untapped niche sometimes. One that's needing to be opened so you can be the first one to capitalize off of it.

Niche saturation or limited content may pose challenges for certain niches like health blogs, it doesn't necessarily guarantee failure. The success of a website or forum depends on factors such as the quality of content and audience engagement
