You can start print on demand business on multiple platforms like Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Spring, etc. Some of these platforms are completely free where as some platforms require listing fees. Some platforms offer manufacturing and selling services where as some platforms only offer selling services and you will have to outsource manufacturing services else where. Etsy is a good platform but it might not be available every where as it requires you to verify your bank acocunt, which might not be possible for people in many African and Asian countries
