Guitar is my first instrument. it's not because I had a formal training but it's a gidfted talent within the family. I remember that we just have to learn from the chords together when you buy "songhits" it's a list of popular song together with a guitar chord copy.

I prefer guitar, any artist or composer know to play guitar because guitar is a good foundation of a good artist or a good composers.

When you learn to play guitar you can find what K of your voice belong and if you sing a song you can rearranged the chords according to your K.

For me it's guitar :)

Hi argel! Every instrument is equally hard. The question is what instrument are you more interested on learning? whatever it is, That will technically answer your question since you will not endure the hard way of learning it.
Every music instrument is equally hard. Because if an instrument is easier to play, We won't be able to pick favorites more often since amount of skill to be considered as "GOOD" is at high. ;)

I got your point.Answering which one I am interested in, actually I'm interested in that three instruments (guitar or keyboard or drum) but I have to pick one which is the easiest for a beginner like me and that is why I am asking for the opinion and suggestions which one should I start first :).

Of the popular instruments, the snare drum might seem like the easiest. Nonetheless, the absence of tones doesn't necessarily make it easier.

I would say that Casio is the easiest to play. I have seen kids of 5 years of age learning to play keyboards. In fact, I have seen some of them play it really well at this young age.

Yeah, you are right. These kids were really awesome and it makes me feel insecure :D knowing at that young age they already know how to play instruments but I think it's not too late for me yeah? :D anyway thanks!

I'm interested in this thread. I've been trying to practice playing the guitar but it's too hard for me. I mean I can play a few lines of a song but not the whole song. I think I'm not really that gifted in playing musical instruments. But I'm always willing to learn.

I think I'll go with Piano or the Guitar for beginners. They seem to be the most accessible and you can buy one for cheap almost anywhere. They also have lots of tutorials online and you can learn them by yourself.

There is no instrument that is easy to play when you are a beginner. Since I only play the piano, I guess I can say it is the easiest. For me, learning the notes was harder than the actual playing. It is just a thing with me I guess, I find theory to be harder than practical lessons. I have always wanted to learn how to play the guitar but I have fallen in love with the piano so much that I have not had any time to take up guitar lessons.

I think the drum. But actually it's about the passion of the person. It's all depends on the interest or passion. It's really hard to force someone to learn the instrument. However on the choices, I think drums is much more easier to learn.

I think it's easy to play guitar if you're a beginner. There are a lot people know to play guitar even your own family who can assist you everytime you play.

It depends on your preferences and your skills. It can be easier to you to play guitar than a drum for example. And you need to like it, if you don't like it, you will not study.

I'm not sure theres a clear answer for that question, each person have different skills and maybe if they can't play one instrument they turn out to be good with another, that's how we work. In my case, my first intrument was the flute, it was at the start but I became pretty good with it ann that with me being a not very coordinated person.

Instruments that don't involve the hands appear more difficult in my case.

I think the drum. But actually it's about the passion of the person. It's all depends on the interest or passion. It's really hard to force someone to learn the instrument. However on the choices, I think drums is much more easier to learn.

Drums are all about rhythm -, but it would surprise you on how many people are terrible at it. I mean, I took piano lessons as a child before drums, and I was never taught rhythm.

I think it's all hard learning at first. There's no easy beginning in learning new things, especially instruments. In choosing which instrument, it's all depends on your passion or dedication on what you want to play. It's not really which instrument is easy to play. It's all hard. For me, I started learning flute. So I can familiarize the notes. I used flute now in tuning. Then, piano and guitar. It took me a year learning to play guitar. What's really hard in guitar for me is strumming the correct notes. Same as piano.

My opinion is that the best instrument for a beginner is a guitar, a keyboard is really hard to understand for a beginner and a drum is an instrument that not all people can learn.

I think the easiest instrument to play from what I know is the guitar,it does help to encourage one to want to play other instruments too.I learn to play the guitar as a little child before jumping to the drums, the proceeding from guitar to the drums was quite smooth since I had the rudiment from trying my hands on the guitar.

I think it's easier to start with the guitar. It's actually easier for me because you'll only use strings and you'll just have to memorize the chords. But, it also depends in to the person learning. I guess we all have different strengths.
