People that don't want to deal with cPanel and other web interfaces of that nature, and they want a forum, should just go with Forumotion, ProBoards etc..

People that just want a blog, but don't want to get too technical, can just use BlogSpot or WordPress.com (not the .org).

Myself, when I first started with creative websites, I was making a static free website that had ads provided by the hosting company. It was very amateurish looking but good enough for me at the time.

I agree with the post above. Not everyone likes working with cPanel but there are alternatives and you don't need to drain a bunch of money into having a blog created for you, unless you want that. Some people do. I always direct people to WordPress though.

If you want a low priced web hosting, try Orance host, for the yearly payment of $12 to host a website, you also get a free domain. The web host has been in existence sicne 2014.

There are many hosting providers that are suitable for beginners, some popular options include:

  • Bluehost
  • HostGator
  • SiteGround
  • A2 Hosting
  • DreamHost
These providers offer a variety of plans and features that are easy to use and understand. They also offer customer support to help you with any issues you may have. Ultimately, the best hosting site for you will depend on your specific needs and budget. It is recommended to read reviews and compare the features and pricing of different providers before making a decision.
