There's never a great VPS Provider, the problem with the providers above cannot guarantee uptime and may use datacenters that are not in the internet backbone. For years now, this question has arise. I would advise you to choose wisely on your quest to find a good virtual server provider. I have found that providers who own their own equipment and do not rent it are willing to work better with customers than small garage companies. I would hate to advertise my web hosting business as I work for Boxne although, Boxne owns their own equipment, we were established by a Game Designer who couldn't find a good VPS server and our Sales Dept. is known to slash deals up to 75% on VPS orders upon request.
