Where do you find staff?

It seems that with what you are looking for in terms of staff freelancing websites would be your best bet, I would be careful though on whom you choose as many would take the job offered but not put any effort in. Maybe let them know about your project, give them chances to prove themselves and then hire from there.

I would definitely recommend you freelancing sites then

Thank you guys :D

Is this business legally registered? I ask because there may be problems asking for help if it isn't, but I'm no expert at such things.

That is a good question. I mean if I need help on my forum, I won't be able to offer money so it is kind of hard to find staff that would work for free..

I find myself in the same place. Usually with my businesses, I can offer employees free things until we turn a profit, however, I can't really do that now.

Yeah it is kind of a bad position for both. I mean I would love to pay but when you aren't earning much you can't afford to. :(

That's a good question! I go to promotional forums and look for applicants there. I post a hiring topic and then I usually get a couple who are interested and then I'll make a decision whether they are the right applicant for the job. I use Forum Promotion for this, it's a webmaster forum.
