When should you invest in stocks for a startup? Or should you not really focus on investing in new startups? There is always a risk that these startups go nowhere, in turn wasting someone's investment. Would you ever invest in stocks for a startup? Or would you wait to make sure it's going to be worth investing in?

Well, here we should first see what kind of investors we are, if we have a risky profile we could always consider investing in startups after having studied them correctly, out of 10 startups that you invest in, perhaps only 1 or 2 could turn out well, but a single success can cover all the losses from previous failed investments and even give you amazing profits, investing in startups is not for everyone and you have to have a certain aversion to risk and know how to manage your capital very well.

A company has to go through strict processes of approval in order to get listed on the stock exchange. It needs to meet certain criteria and capital is one of them. A company needs to be really big. So, I think investing in a start up that is listed in stock exhcnage can be a good idea.
