When frustrated?

When you're frustrated with your game have you ever thrown your controller or screamed at the television when dealing with a really hard part?

or have you shut off the game and quit playing it for a while?

There are times that I'll get frustrated and go do something else instead of playing the game, sometimes even a different game. Although I never really did it "in frustration" and generally don't get all too upset about games.
