I am debating on when I should put out the Christmas decor on the forum. I mean the holiday theme items, specially. I like to have snow falling and other items on the forum. Just not sure when I should be starting it. Is now too soon? Should I wait until after Thanksgiving/Black Friday?

When do you start the holiday season on your forum?

I do not decorate my forums for holidays or events. Even during the holidays, my forums will have the same look. My forums do not have a lot of members and I do not get a lot of activities, and I do not see how decorating my forums will help in getting users and activities by implementing holiday look.
