What's your favorite dish?

Do you have any dish which happens to be your favourite of all time and you certainly know how to cook it very well?

For me, it's going to Spaghetti. It's my favourite. There's a way I cook it with tomatoe sauce that I will never get tired of eating it.

When it comes to my favorite dish that I like to cook myself it would have to be a bacon pasta dish that I make. I use pasta, bacon lardons, and passata and then I add beef stock, oregano, and garlic powder to be able to give it flavor and the flavor mixed with the smoked bacon lardons is amazing. My family loves it as well so that is a bonus.
