What's the longest concurrent traffic you got in a row?

Lets say you're getting constant traffic almost daily. Have you ever checked to see how much traffic you are landing each day? Have you ever had so much traffic that your site stayed afloat for weeks or even months? I have had weeks where I got a decent amount of traffic, but I never got concurrent traffic that kept coming in for days or weeks. I wish I got traffic like that.

I was once running a mental health forum and I received 2k daily traffic for just about a week. During this period I was also receiving just about a hundred daily registration and hundreds of new posts daily. Sadly, 99 percent new users and posts were spam.
