What's the best country for healthcare?

I was curious, since I live in the US, our healthcare is really lacking. But what alternatives do we have? What's the best country for healthcare? Would you move for better healthcare?

I believe it is the US as many celebrities travel to US for better treatment especially if it is cancer related.
