What you do with your old console after upgrading?

If you buy a new video games console or PC, what do you normally do to your older gaming console or PC? Take for instance, if you buy PS5 after using PS4, what will you do the PS4? Will you give it away, sell it or dash it out to friends?

I keep my older gaming consoles as spares just in case someone's console has issues with it.
If a friend stays around, We still have the first Xbox One and the Xbox One S for them to use as well.
