What was the most you have spent on a domain?

I am curious to see what people have spent. The most expensive domain I had ever purchased was $24. I like to spend under $12 if possible.

I have never even considered spending a few hundred let alone a few thousand on one.

I was once paying $35 to renew a domain that I had bought for just $1. I have spent a couple of hundred dollars on a domain to keep it active. But I have never spent more than $15 ro register domain.
