Do you get injured frequently? If you do or do not, what was the last injury you sustained? How did you sustain the injury and how long did it take for the injury to heal?

Broken foot and it took about a month to heal properly. Though every now and again it'll flare up when it rains.

I cut my hand pretty bad going through my wife's tool box. She had a box cutter in there. I didn't need stitches. It healed up in a few days.

I broke my left ankle two years ago and it took 8 weeks to heal. Prior to that(a year before), I broke my right ankle and it took 12 weeks to heal. They sometimes flare up when it gets cold or when a storm moves in.
