I created my first website, a personal blog, in 2015. Since then I have created different types of websites, such as blogs, multi-author writing platforms, job platforms, online stores, forums, digital stores, portfolio websites, etc. I am also planning an education site and a marketplace. What types of websites have you created?

I mostly focus on themed forums around gaming, tech, entertainment, politics, cryptocurrency, investment, business, etc. But I try to expand my horizons and create other sites. I look at the market and try to capitalize on making sites or forums to appeal to that market.

The very first website which I created was a football sports niche. It was one of those projects where you started out trying to taste the waters but ended up dumping it along the way but only for years later, you would see it was a very big mistake not to have carried it along. After that experience, I have created at least 3 different online stores.

I do not have experience with gaming, tech, entertainment, and politics but I have owned crypto, investment, and business forums. I am interested in running a politics-themed forum because I like watching debates on political issues. How did your forum on politics go?

If I were to create a website it would probably be a portfolio of my coding skills to try and land a job in the programming field. I actually did create somewhat of a portfolio on GitHub and applied to some front-end web dev jobs, but I don't think I have enough skills to become a front-end web dev at this time since I know the bare minimum of being one.

The website which I have in mind of creating and managing now would be on animal health and care. I love taking care of animal which I see as priority. It's one of my life's passion and I will make sure to do it even if it takes me 10 years in the future.

have you heard of a service called about.me. THis is a free website that lets you build a page portfolio website. You can also connect your own domain if you pay for the service.

Forum niches on gaming, tech, entertainment, politics, cryptocurrency, investment, business, and sports are very popular. I have even seen more music niche forums popping up recently. It's only religious niche forums that doesn't seem to gain more attention.

Can't say I have. Sounds like something I should check out, but what I mostly need to do is enhance the current skills I already have.

You can use About.me to create one page portfolio website. You will be able to rank on google and easily sell your services. You can also use it to generate leads. I was using it until I decided to create my own self hosted portfolio website.

Let me guess, it's something that's related to creating a landing page? They are using very effective when it comes to generating sales lead. A company where I worked for years ago usually makes use of it for generating sales leads for their products.

You can create a landing page on About me, however, it is more appropriate to create a portfolio website. Just like linktree, you can use this website to share your links.

Back when I first started creating websites, forums or even blogs, it was back in around 1999 - 2000 when I started creating websites through Geocities which was available back then based on bands and singers I was a fan of.

Now I tend to create websites based on gaming, general chat and even promotion, making money and business as well.

Even though I have used gaming, general chat, and promotion forums, I have never made forums on these niches. I am pretty much interested in promotion forums. Do you think promotion forums are easy to operate and also good for revenue generation?
