What time do you go to sleep?

The question here is basically in the thread's tittle. What time do you go to sleep?

I go to sleep between 12:00 PM and 4 AM. I just like to watch movies at night or play video games.

10.00 PM to 11.00 PM

Sometimes as early as 9PM. Usually it's between 9-11PM and no later. Sleep is important for your health

I ususally go to sleep in early morning, but nowadays I am getting sleep so fast as I cant able to control for wake up.
