What sound is very irritating for you?

Is there any particular kind of sound that easily gets on your nerves? For me, it's hands down the sound of generators. I don't like hearing them for any reason whatsoever because they always inconvenience me no matter how much I try to ignore them. I simply can't stand the sound of generators. It's more worse when the sound keeps me up at night.

Is there any particular kind of sound that easily gets on your nerves?

The sound which aluminum cutting machine do produce is very annoying whenever I hear. I don't think I will be able to do work in area like this as I can't stand that sound.

Scratching on the chalk board, or someone playing around with Styrofoam. I can't stand the sound Styrofoam makes, it irritates me to no end.

I really don't like it when actions cry. I'm not saying that I don't love children, and sometimes they can cry for a long time and it's impossible to calm them down, especially when they're not your children and parents don't even try to calm them down, because sometimes these sounds are very annoying.
