What small everyday practice brings you the most joy, even on seemingly ordinary days?

Life becomes more and more boring and monotonous every year, so it is impossible to live it in the same way and be satisfied all the time. Everyone has something that makes them a little happier every day. For example, for me, this is a food that I don't eat often, and it can really lift my mood.

Movies, Tv shows, my way to cinema, lol. I know some people have their favorite food to lighten them up, in my case this has limitations but the aforementioned, there is no objection to any standard. Music do also try, unfortunately it will not gimme that climax.
