What resources does your business need?

What resources does your business usually need? Maybe it's work supplies, maybe work equipment like PCs, or maybe it's other things. Does your business need any type of resources on hand when doing your work? Is it hard to come by these resources? For me I just need a decent PC, a good chair and I'm ready to go.
