What is your favourite alcoholic cocktail?

Alcoholic cocktails are something I enjoy but I don't have them too often. I find that my local store does some in either cans or in slushy form that can be frozen for a nice cool alcoholic treat during the warmer months.

When it comes to alcoholic cocktails my favourites would have to be

Mojito
Cosmopolitan
