There are different ways to get into the real estate game:

2. Rental Income:Property Development: Another way is to invest in developing property. This means buying land, building something on it, like apartments, and then selling those. However, this option is usually for big or institutional investors. As a smaller investor, you can still buy a flat in these properties and later sell it for a profit.
