What is the most you've spent on a domain name?

Just out of curiosity.

I almost pulled out my wallet to drop $300 on a so-called premium domain name. But then I managed to come across another name that was of equal value, in my eyes at least, and snagged it up instead.

To this day, I have only paid a standard registration fee. The most expensive was a .tv domain I used to have that was like $50 per year, which I have since let go.

I have spent more than $150 on some of my domains to keep them renewed for 5-6 years, however, I have never spent more than $35 on a domain for one year. I was paying $35 to renew some of my domains. Interestingly, I bought these domains just for $1.

I bought RoyalKnight.com at an auction once. It was for $100 and I regret selling it later for $40. Anyway, I've wanted to be a big shot to buy even lower tier domains, but got too many debts, family support, and bills at the moment.
