Let me explain my question, how much planning should you invest in creating a website. Personally I use my impulse system, aka just buy the domain and make something out of it if you don't just leave it.
Didn't make good progress with this tactic so far, but then again I do have some sites running and I just need to invest some money to make them really good.

So what's your go to tactic on creating a site? How long does it take for you to plan all the details? And what's your step by step buying tactic?

The most important part to any website is content. Without content, your website is nothing more than an advertisement, which is not an effective online marketing strategy. The goal of any marketing professional that designs websites should always be to create an online resource for people.

Web hosting is one of the things that is critical for the existence of your website online. You can have all the best content on the internet but no one will see them if you're welcome still down time is poor. it means your website will not be available sometimes online.

It takes about 2 to 3 days to come up with a plan for a business website after deliberations and consideration must have been done by other people and myself and making sure the planning continues to stay consistent.

The most important part of website creation these days is search engine optimization. If your website is not optimized for search engines, you won't receive organic traffic. When there is no organic traffic, there will be no revenue

I think that planning your website and doing a lot of research is very important because that way you can see what you should be selling on your website and also what sort of layout people will respond to.

Choose a field or domain that you are passionate about. And see whether your area of interest is relevant for today. If you feel that website can add value to its users then go ahead with your website. Keep your website regularly updated with present trends, encourage users engagement and interaction. Have patience, as many things. Building a good website would take time.

Sometimes what you are passionate about may not be the way to go because there may not be as large an interest for it, and therefore i think that research and community involvement can be a better way to go.

The niche of your website is also an important part of creating a website. That's because the niche determines whether you will receive traffic or not, and whether you will earn revenue or not. Therefore, a lot of care should be taken when choosing a niche.

The obvious most important thing is getting your website to gain popularity, or to get as many users to join or view the site if possible. Content of course is king, and in order go far, you need good quality content to keep that traffic sticking around and coming back.
