What is the difference between an Accounting & Finance and a Management degree?

I'm confused which degree to pick out of the two and what the main differences are. i want to get into Finance or Investment Banking or maybe accounting so could you tell me which degree is preferred and what you like best about it.

I think if you want to get into that Finance/IB side, you should probably consider the Accounting and Finance degree due to the fact that it is more quantitative. Finance/IB requires you to have good skills in regards to maths so make sure you have done well in maths. But, you should probably read the universities' websites for both courses and see the modules they offer respectively.
I haven't given much thought into the future, but Finance/IB is in my mind and I chose to apply for Economics. However I think for this area, they don't really mind what degree you have as long as you show you are competent in maths.
