What is the cheapest house/property you purchased?

I sadly don't own any properties or houses myself, but I know people who have gotten really good deals when they purchased some properties. Of course most of the time the house or property was in rough shape, as in the house was falling apart and they got it for a really good deal. What is the cheapest you've ever paid for a house or property?

The only property that I own is a farmhouse that I inherited from my parents. I have never purchased any kind of property. In order to buy properties, I need a lot of money, which I don't have. If I try, I might be able to buy through a bank loan but still, I have to make a downpayment which might still cost me more.
