There are many legal ways to pay taxes. I think that the government has made it compulsory on traders to pay taxes on stock trades. So, what methods does the government in your country accept when it comes to accepting tax payments on trades? I reckon that sometimes the taxes are automatically deducted whenever trade takes place in most cases. Is this true?

You will be subject to ordinary income tax rates for short-term returns, which are earnings generated on equities held for one year or less. You will pay reduced capital gains tax rates for long-term gains, which are profits gained on stocks held for a longer period of time than a year.
