What is that piece of advice you would give to your favorite club team

No doubt humans do make mistakes, even professional coaches have some little trick up their sleeves they fail to handle.

I have seen some people makes tons of corrections and amendments was is supposed to be done during their favorite team tournaments for better outcome.

If you were opportune to advice, do you think there is something is supposed to be done to make a particular club team way better than its current state, if so what is that amendment?

I don't know which sport you wrote about, so I will answer several sports. For your favorite football team, I would recommend changing the coach at the end because this coach is trying to coach but nothing works and it is better to replace him. And for the favorite formula 1 team, I would advise to change Lance Stroll to someone else because he is not as cool a driver as the others
