We have had heard of a group of investors many times. Group of investors may exist in all kinds of sectors and industry. So, when the real estate industry has such kind of group of investors who may be interested in investing money in the real estate business, this is known as real estate syndication. So, how can real estate syndication help bring more money in the real estate market?

I am not in favor of syndication as this tends to bring monopoly. When there are syndicates, there will be competition, when there is no competition, the consumers will not get things for a fair value. Syndication helps investors to create investing poo that might help them in property development.
