What is indirect ownership in real estate industry?

There are many people who may own a property directly. They may invest in many different forms of real estate investments. Having said that, what are some of the best investment opportunities when it comes to indirectly investing in real estate properties?

Indirect ownership in the real estate industry is like having a piece of property, but instead of owning it directly, you have a stake in it through something else, like a company or a partnership. It's kind of like when you own shares in a company, and that company owns real estate. So, you indirectly own a part of the property through your ownership in the company.

I am not familiar with the term indirect ownership, I know three kinds of property ownership, individual ownership, joint ownership (property owned by two or more people), and institutional ownership (property owned by a company, organization, or trust)
