What is DOS command for refresh? When I work on Windows operating system, I want to run a DOS command in start> run. Can I write now?

You want to do for database or so? In not then their is one command in windows which you can run is :

%windir%\system32\rundll32.exe USER32.DLL,UpdatePerUserSystemParameters

There is a lot that you can do from the command window and for some people they have that sort of interface to code, however i have never used it to write code myself.

I would also be interested in knowing this. I don't think the MS Dos command has an internal command for refresh. If there is one, then i am yet to come across it. Please share one incase you also come across it.

Within the Command Line window, type gpupdate /force and then press Enter on your keyboard.

If you mean in-browser you may be referring to F5.
perhaps you mean refresh your net?
'ipconfig /release' then let it do it's thing, then 'ipconfig /renew' will help clear up issues with your internet connection.
