hello, art is to reflect the soul, the feelings in the colors, words, logos, textures etc ... in the created design.

in my opinion, the design offers the details of a picture, a project ... to be as complex as possible.

art is something that represents the soul. you simply paint what you feel and have on your soul, to be as natural as possible.

I think what you have said is the basic difference between the two of them. Though there are also dome designs that are made with a picture in mind but very rare.

The works of arts and the works of design to me are actually one and the same. They both are only been used interchangeably most of the times and they both speak our emotions often on how we tend to perceive them

I guess they both work together I mean art and design, because without each other the work done of any of the two missing won't come out as good as we want I guess.

There is more to art than just an Expression of colors and pictures, it's a descriptive display of emotions and messages. It's basically how humans learnt how to communicate before the use of words.
