In many cases, the business may get hit by crisis. This is a very normal part of business. Many businesses suffered from crisis during the pandemic. If we go in the past as well, then many businesses suffered during the 2008 financial crisis. So, what is crisis management?

Crisis management to my knowledge is when problems to on with a company and they hire people on to attempt to correct the wrongs that have been going on. So essentially they will come in and sort of take control until things go back to normal.
