What is Cash Trading? How do you define it?

Cash trading refers to the process of purchasing stocks. This means you buy stocks or securities utilising cash at hand. So, do you think that it is much better than other kinds of trading options?

I've never invested in stocks and shares. I've heard about them but I've not put a penny in it. I've heard about company's stocks and shares but I don't know how to buy them. I've never even read up on how to do it.
