What do you wear to sleep?

I know very well that night wears are meant to be worn and sleep but it's not something that I'm into doing at all. I don't wear any clothes whenever I'm sleeping in the night because I always feel hot at night. If my air conditioner gets too cold, I'll cover up with duvet. Clothes makes me uncomfortable when I'm sleeping.

I tend to wear pyjamas or an old t-shirt and old leggings that I have that I can no longer wear for outdoor use when I sleep. I find that I have to wear something that is thin and not too in the way when I sleep, if I feel cold I will add a blanket and if I am too warm I will change from the duvet and blanket to a thin sheet to help me keep cool, especially during heatwaves.

I sleep in my pyjamas. It's a free cloth that makes it very comfortable to sleep in it. I have tried sleeping in a polo and shorts but it's usually too tight and makes me wake up unnecessarily.

I just keep some underwear on while sleeping.

Mostly just shorts and a t-shirt, some of which are ones I bought specifically for bed and others are just old clothes that aren't really good enough to go out in any longer but they're still usable, so they just become house/bed clothes.

I wear my pyjamas to sleep. It's a very free dress. I hate anything that hugs on my body too tight when I'm trying to sleep. The discomfort alone isn't going to allow me to sleep well.
