When I speak at business conferences, I always tell business owners that they can never do it alone. It is not even possible to do it alone no matter how you try. So, it is necessary to find out who are the key staff at the workplace and make use of them in getting the work done and done properly too and afterwards, treat them well.

This is because when a staff is happy, they will have less need to leave the workplace.
