I think that financial scarcity is a kind of term which is used to define limited capital. This also means a limited amount of capital that does not meet the needs of financial markets. This is because almost every kind of market needs supply of money. So, how do you define it?

Financial scarcity is implied in individuals as well as businesses. Financial scarcity is basically a lack of enough money to operate day to day businesses, whether in personal life or in business organizations. For businesses, financial scarcity means loss in sales and revenue.
