What do you think web 3.0 is all about?

So the big hype was all about web 2.0. Now that niche has become saturated. What do you think web 3.0 is about?

I have heard little bit about it. but in my point of view, Web 2.0 is much interactive and social web facilitating collaboration between people.

Web 3.0 is all about giving back to users, mobility, and location awareness.

Hmm, it sounds more like Web 2.1 to me. A lot of the advances they're talking about can already be seen. Unless you count the definition to mean: '"the computer is generating new information", rather than humans.' then it's a giant leap.
