This year Arsenal are showing a very competitive game and they are ready to build teams for future perms. Thus, coach Arteta plans to sign Bayern player De Ligt, who has proven himself very well. In my opinion, he is a good player who played well in Bayern, but I also think that the level of the Premier League is not his level, and I also think that Arsenal needs to look for a much younger player who needs to be brought up to Arsenal's style of play.
