What do you think of Chelsea player Mudryk?

I cannot objectively evaluate this transfer because this is a player from my country and everyone is very proud of him because he became the most expensive player ever bought from us and also Chelsea is my favorite club for which I have been rooting for many years. But do you think he will prove himself or was it a waste of the club and expectations were not fulfilled?
