So lately I have started having a healthier life which means: eating healthy, doing a few kinds of sports, wearing sunglasses while outside, avoiding the smell of cigarettes while outside, and of course not willing to try smoking that's something I will never do. Of course all of those I have mentioned aren't always easy to accomplish but they are definitely worth it for us humans beings. I recommend you guys to try doing the same since we all want to live a better life. When I am eating healthy I am also trying to get all the vitamins and minerals from the food I am eating and also to have the healthy weight a person should have on BMI. So what about you do you think it's important to maintain a healthy life style?
