Having fewer sales or not having any sales is one of the most common problems for a small business, including online business. Well, when sales are stagnant, the most important thing to do is to evaluate your business performance and identify the reason why sales are not happening. Is it because you are selling low quality product, is it because your products are very expensive, is it because there is a huge competition in the market, is it because you are not doing marketing or not enough marketing? There might be a lot of potential reasons. Therefore, you first need to understand the reasons and then address it accordingly. For example, if sales are not happening because your marketers are not good, you need to fire them and then hire people.
