What do you do if you catch your boss breaking the law?

Have you ever worked a job where the employer broke the law and or made many illegal moves? What should you do if you catch your boss breaking the law? I know risking your job is by no means ideal, but I'd report my boss if they were caught breaking the law. Even if there is a chance I could lose my job, I'd rather reveal the truth than letting them possibly use me for their schemes.

This is a tough question. I have never been in this situation so I cannot say anything from my personal experience but if I am in a situation like this I guess I will first try to analyze the magnitude of crime
