The 90s and early 2000s were the golden era of the internet imo. It's where things started to really progress and grow fast. With that being said, I am fond of the 90s and early 2000s. Back when I first made my first ever site, I remember it being a free service. These days free services aren't worth it imo. Once I realized that free wasn't the way to go, I moved on and started paying for my site design and hosting. I didn't want to risk losing my site because of a hack, and with free, there's no recourse.

The landscape of running websites has evolved significantly over the years, incorporating advancements in technology, design, user experience, and data analytics. These changes have resulted in more sophisticated and user-friendly websites, catering to the diverse needs of today's online audience.

One thing I can actually say is that during that time a lot of people were more interested in making use of forums, so it is more easier for you to get members who are committed to making use of your platform unlike what is happening now with the use of social media.

I don't know about the websites back in the 90s. However, based on my research I can say the websites in the 90s were basically Web 1 websites with little text and simple graphics. Then in 2000s, there was an influx of web 2.0 websites, where users could create their own content. Now, we are in web 3.0 generation.

Yes, that's very correct. There are better tools and softwares now which makes running of websites a lot of easier and fun to do. Although, we have to deal with a lot of security challenges now like hacks and the rest, but they can all be prevented.

Websites in the 90s had limited technology and design capabilities compared to today. They often featured basic HTML layouts, simple graphics, and limited interactivity. Nowadays, websites have evolved with advanced technologies, responsive designs, dynamic content, and interactive elements, offering a more engaging and visually appealing user experience.

The level of improvement in technology today have made websites something that is more fantastic to deal with because everything has been made so easy that anyone who is with a little knowledge of how to do things will be able to do it because of the resources that are available.

The difference between the launched sites of the 90s and modern sites is significant. Today's sites have more modern design, interactivity and functionality. They run on fast and stable servers with enhanced security. Modern sites also support mobile adaptation and are optimized for different devices.

You're spot on about how modern websites today support mobile adaptation and are optimized for different devices. Almost all the websites I have seen and used today are all mobile friendly. You can't have a website today and not make it mobile friendly. If you don't, you will miss over 80% of your traffic.
