What are your thoughts on Google's Matt Cutts?

I'm such a huge fan of Matt Cutts. And, so many people fault him for his Google connections, especially those involved in blackhat SEO. But really Matt Cutts comes across as an individual who is genuinely interested in helping webmasters/bloggers create really amazing content that benefits the readers.

I'm always learning something new and amazing from his videos/blog posts. What's your thoughts on Matt Cutts?

The dude is brilliant, even though I hate him a bit for the Penguin update...
