What are the most unusual laws in the world?

What would you say are some of the most unusual or obscure laws still in effect in the world? I know the US has some wacky laws, like not being allowed to wash your neighbors car in Alaska, or you can't drive a black car on a Sunday in Denver, Colorado. I also just found out that it's illegal to open an umbrella on the streets of Montgomery, Alabama. What are some weird laws in your area?
