A pensioner is a person who may have serves the organisation for a long time. This means that such a person may become entitled to receive pension. Having said that, there should be many legal rights of a pensioner, so what are they?

The legal rights of pensioners always come under the jurisdiction of a country, and all countries have their own laws when it comes to providing pensions. In our country, you need to work in a permanent government job for 20 years to receive a pension. You have the legal rights to receive pension if you have worked for 20 years for the government.
