What are the Benefits of Entrepreneurship for Yourself?

Entrepreneurs are often defined as individuals who create ideas, manage and run their own businesses. Every entrepreneur has different goals, but in general, business people will make a profit from their business, create jobs for the unemployed, etc. So basically, entrepreneurship will be very beneficial for yourself, others or the surrounding environment. So in your opinion, what are the benefits of entrepreneurship for yourself besides making a profit?
